Jamaica Retreat
Join us on the south coast of Jamaica for 6 days, 5 nights of relaxation and aikido, as you replace your winter blues with the turquoise waters of the Caribbean. A small boutique inn located on a tiny peninsula in the village of Bluefields will provide the intimate setting for this Aikido Retreat. The number of participants is limited to allow for in depth instruction and practice on the mat, as well as a laid back environment where you can choose your own adventure in exploring the island and the seas, or simply let go and relax in this luxurious location on the Caribbean. The bulk of classes will be taught by Guest Instructor Vu Ha Sensei, 6th dan Shidoin and the balance by Patrick Gaucher, 3rd dan Fukushidoin and Arielle Herman, 2nd dan Fukushidoin.

Class Schedule:
February 18-23, 2019: Aikido classes will be offered one in the evening and one in the morning throughout the retreat. On Friday February 22 we will take a field trip to Bluefields Beach for a day of weapons, swimming, and the best Jamaican jerk in Westmoreland!
