Spring Mountain Training Seminar with Harvey Konigsberg Shihan, 7th dan, Aikido of Woodstock. Seminar will take place at with at Bears Den Center, 18393 Blue Ridge Mountain Rd, Bluemont, Va Friday, Saturday, Sunday the 8th, 9th 10th April 2022. Cost is $130 for entire weekend, $85 for Saturday. Camp set up. Evening misogi, prayers and training. Saturday, 9 April. Sunrise meditation. Breakfast. Training. Lunch at Bear Chase Restaurant. Weapons training. Camp fire and Stone Soup. Evening misogi and meditation. Sunday. Morning Meditation, weapons training, misogi and prayers. Staying at Bears Den Center (https://bearsdencenter.org/): Camping Option. Bring tent, sleeping bag, eating utensils, supplies for the weekend, towel for showers. Bunking Option. Individuals can stay in a bunk for $25 in the lodge. There are 10 bunks. Reservations are encouraged. Not staying at Bears Den/ attending training: All are welcome to attend daily training. Times of schedule TBA. Amenities: showers, bathrooms on site, hiking trails, amazing scenic overlooks onto the Blue Ridge Mountains and Shanandoah River, Historic Leesburg is close by and Bear Chase Restaurant and Brewing Company (33665 Bear Chase Ln, Bluemont Va) directly across street from Bears Den camping location.
