Aikido & Zen Seminar
This unique seminar will focus on the synergy between Aikido, Meditation, and everyday life. Exploring the dynamic relationship
between stillness and motion, on and off the mat. The seminar will include introduction to meditation in the Zen tradition, Zazen practice, Aikido class, time for discussion /Q&A, and lunch.
Eran Junryu Vardi holds the rank of 6th Dan, Shihan, and is a Roshi (Zen Master) in the Soto Zen tradition.
