Advanced Seminar
Rejuvenate your aikido core training in this 3 day Advanced intensive. Learn an innovative approach to freestyle and practical application. Improve your ability to use classical training to forge a strong, relaxed center and increase overall effectiveness. Work out with a small group of advanced students under the guidance of Shihan Bruce Bookman in Seattle. 4th kyu and up, all affiliations welcome, 24 student maximum.

Friday: 6:30-8:30pm Saturday: 8:00-9:30am weapons practice (in the park) 12:30-1:45, 2:15-3:45pm Dinner at nearby restaurant starts at 5:00pm. Everyone welcome including families and kids. Sunday: 8:00-9:00am Aikido Extensions (optional). 9:00-11:00am, 12:15-2:15pm
