Join us for a weekend of focused, in-depth training led by Bruce Bookman, 7th Dan Shihan. This Advanced Intensive is designed to accelerate your progress and deepen your understanding of Aikido.
What to Expect:
Personalized, one-on-one instruction with Bookman Sensei
Training in bokken and jo, freestyle, and advanced applications of fundamental techniques
Practical themes that bridge the gap between basics and advanced movement
An opportunity to reset and revitalize your Aikido practice for the year ahead
Students often experience months’ worth of progress over the course of this immersive weekend. All affiliations are welcome.
Eligibility: 4th Kyu and above, or with instructor permission

Friday: 6:30-8:30pm Saturday: 8:00-9:30am weapons practice (in the park) 12:30-1:45, 2:15-3:30pm Dinner at nearby restaurant starts at 4:30pm. Everyone welcome including kids. Sunday: 8:00-9:00am Aikido Extensions (optional). 9:00-11:00am, 12:15-2:15pm
